• Your luggage is picked up from 9am and delivered to the next accommodation before 6pm (except in cases of force majeure). • Please ensure that your accommodation remains accessible between 9am and 6pm for the pick-up and drop-off of your luggage. • We apply BICYBAGS luggage tags for an easy identification, right from the first transfer. • Luggage must not exceed 23kg each (suitcase or backpack securely closed).
